These Booking Terms apply to reservations made with Sierra, operated by EATSQUARED2 Ltd.

Making a Reservation

Reservations can be made through our website, by telephone or in person. All bookings are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until confirmed by our booking system or a member of our team.

Booking Confirmation

We may send confirmation and reminder messages by email or SMS using the contact details you provide. Please ensure your contact information is accurate.

Arrival Time

We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. If you expect to be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may release your table if you have not arrived within a reasonable period after your booked time and we have been unable to contact you.

Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the table to other guests.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, operational requirements or events beyond our reasonable control.

Large Bookings

Larger parties may require additional confirmation before a booking is accepted. We may contact you to confirm the details of your reservation.

Special Requests

We will always try to accommodate special requests, including seating preferences and celebrations, but these cannot be guaranteed.

Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements

If you or anyone in your party has a food allergy or dietary requirement, please inform us when making your booking and remind a member of staff before placing your order.

While we take great care when preparing food, we cannot guarantee that dishes are completely free from allergens due to the shared kitchen environment.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation where abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour is directed towards our staff or other guests.
